One on One With Tony Horton
63A workout to compliment P90x
So when Tony Horton started making the One on One workout exercises, his inspiration came from wanting to give P90x grads other challenges and fresh fun ideas for their workouts. Tony wanted to give P90x grads something to add into their daily routines so that they will not get bored with their workouts and so they can continue to achieve muscle confusion. One on One with Tony Horton is also great for people who cannot dedicate 60-90 minutes a day like they do with P90x, every workout is around 20 to 40 minutes long.
It is a pretty sweet deal! It is just you and Tony Horton, it is like having a personal one on one time with Tony Horton to train and pour out his knowledge to you. You will experience the same workouts Tony does in his personal workout time. The great thing about these workouts is that they are always fresh, a new workout comes out every month.
Like P90x, the workouts are specifically designed to target special areas in your fitness, but what is even greater about these workouts, is that they compliment fun activities that you might do like skiing in the winter.
How can you combine it with P90x?
It is actually pretty simple. If you are doing P90x or have finished the 90 day challenge and are still doing the workouts for kicks, you can substitute a One on One workout instead. Lets say you are tired of doing the Yoga X routine, then you can substitute it with the "Fountain of Youth" workout DVD instead. If you are going on a mountain ski trip and want to get into shape for it, then you can include the "Mammoth UML" disc in your workouts. Or if you want to just focus on getting a ripped upper body, then add the "30-15 The Upper Body Massacre" disc to your routine.
Who can do One on One with Tony Horton?
Well, like P90x, these workouts are not for everyone, and these workouts are not primarily for people who are trying to lose weight, but build muscle or getting toned. One on One with Tony Horton is for people who have finished the P90x extreme home fitness routine, or for people who are already conditioned from extreme sports and fitness routines. There are a lot of athletes who find these workouts helpful to remain at the top of their games.
Don't forget about P90x Plus
If you have finished the P90x workouts and are looking for something to further your fitness goals, then try P90x Plus. It will continue to help you with your muscle confusion and also will go great with the One on One DVD's. There are four more workouts that come with the P90x plus program that will challenge you just as much as the P90x workouts.
