P90x Equipment
Must haves:
P90x Chin Up Bar - The P90x chin up bar is a must have! P90x has its own uniquely designed pull up bar, and is one of the best chin up bars out there. It holds a max of 300 lbs. and fits right into your doorway and can easily be taken down so it is not constantly in the way. It has multiple grip handles, close, standard, and wide grips. It fits into a 32 inch doorway that latches onto brackets above the door framing.
Dumbbells/ P90x resistance bands - There are no specific p90x dumbbells, but if you have some dumbbells handy they work great! P90x does have some resistance bands that work just as good as dumbbells, plus they are easier to store and travel with. There is also a wide variety of resistance lbs. So no matter who you are, you can find resistance bands that will help you get ripped. If you get the upgrade kit with the resistance bands, you can actually use them as a replacement for the chin up bar. But I still recommend using the chin up bar for chin ups.
