P90x:MC2

In the year 2004 and man named Tony Horton created an extreme home workout routine.  No one knew how successful it would actually become.  The reason why p90x was successful and not just another silly infomercial, was because the formula works.  The P90x infomercial has now become the all time most successful infomercial of any kind.  It has been six years since the P90x workout routine was released.  Now, six years later, Tony Horton finally comes out with a new p90x workout called P90x:MC2.

The name might sound silly, but it make perfect since when you understand what the "mc2" actually means...it mean Mucle Confusion 2.  For those of you who are familiar with the p90x workouts, you know exactly what this means.  But for those of you who don't, let me explain.

Muscle Confusion is what the P90x workouts are all about. Many people experience great results in their first few weeks of working out, but as time goes on, they start to experience less results or no results. This is commonly known in the fitness world as the "plateau effect." Almost everyone who experiences the plateau effect gets frustrated and fails to reach their fitness goals. The P90x workout helps to totally bust through the plateau effect, by changing up the workouts and forcing your muscles to always be experiencing new things. P90x will not allow your muscles to get familiar with the workout. That is also why Tony Horton decided to come out with P90x:MC2, to give those who have already done the P90x routine another way to continue on with their muscle confusion.

Not to much information has been released about the P90x:MC2 workout, but this is what we do know as of right now. The P90x:MC2 workout will be another 90-day workout just like the original P90x, it will also include 12 new workouts. These workouts will have new moves and new ways to make sure that you get ripped! The P90x:MC2 workout is set to release in 2011.
